You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. vip99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

- Do not share your account with others or transfer account ownership.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

Deposits are typically credited to your account shortly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. vip99 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, which may be required before processing. vip99 reserves the right to request supporting documents to ensure account security and compliance with fraud prevention policies.
